Quick Fixes & Troubleshooting Tips
AmniSphere Web
I haven't received an email to verify my account
Please check your spam folder or reach out to your admnistrator about your email security policies. If you are still unable to find your verification email, email us at help@amniscient.com
When I'm entering my company website during account creation, I get an error
You will need to include the fully qualified URL of your company website. An example would be https://www.amniscient.com - note that this includes the https:// at the beginning of the URL.
I have an approved account, but I can't log in
Sometimes this occurs due to website caching. Please clear your cache on the web browser of your choice and try again.
I am able to log in to my account, but my access has been restricted
If you have upgraded to a paid subscription tier, you are required to provide your organization’s EIN within 90 days to continue accessing any Amniscient products. Once you reach 90 days, your access to the platform will be restricted until your organization’s EIN is provided. An admin within your organization can enter the organization’s EIN upon logging in to their account, or you can provide your organization’s EIN to our support team at help@amniscient.com.
I've collected all of the objects in my training set, but I'm still not able to train a model
Before training a model with a training set, you will also need to ensure all of the objects in your training set have at least one attribute. You will also need to have at least one background noise image within your training set.
When attempting to train a model with my training set, the process fails during the labeling & annotation step
If you are seeing consistent failures before your training set has trained a model, it often means that the captures you’ve taken may not include enough information about the object you are capturing. This can happen if one or more objects in your training set has a faulty capture. To pinpoint which object capture is causing this problem, create training sets with a single object in them and attempt to train these sets. When you’ve discovered which object is causing this issue, delete the object, re-create it, and re-capture the object. Make sure to delete any training sets and models that you no longer need.
AmniSphere App
I'm not able to log in to my account
Ensure you are using the most up to date version of the AmniSphere app by checking to see if there any updates on your device’s app store. If you are still unable to log in, email us at help@amniscient.com
I'm not able to upload my background noise image
First, ensure that you are not exceeding your total view detection angles. Additionally, all background noise images should be taken in landscape mode. If you attempt to upload a photo that was originally taken in portrait mode, the app will error out and your image will not upload.
My object capture will not upload
If this is happening for multiple objects, please check the network connectivity on your device. If this is only happening for one object, it could be that the object capture has not gathered sufficient information on your object. This may happen if your object has a very reflective surface or if there is not enough contrast between your object and the background.
