Using MFA and Other Security Features

We have incorporated Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) into our platformto enhance security. This feature requires users to verify their identity through an additional method, such as a one-time code sent to their mobile device, ensuring that only authorized users can access the system. In addition to MFA, we use:

  • Single Sign-On (SSO): Simplifies user access and reduces password fatigue while maintaining a high security level.

  • IP Whitelisting: Restricts access to our services from trusted IP addresses only.

  • Session Timeouts: Automatically logs users out after a period of inactivity to prevent unauthorized access.
